Souvent \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec, les petits centres et les r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient aussi d\u2019un accompagnement, d\u2019autant plus que les ressources SEC sont parfois tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9es.\u00a0 Petits, mais tiss\u00e9s serr\u00e9s, ces milieux de formation sont de v\u00e9ritables milieux de vie faisant une diff\u00e9rence dans le parcours des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, et ayant de l\u2019impact dans toute la communaut\u00e9. Le personnel \u00e9ducatif est multidisciplinaire. Chacun des individus est connu, soutenu et consid\u00e9r\u00e9. Les ressources de la communaut\u00e9 sont indispensables pour ces milieux et on comprend rapidement qu\u2019il faut tout un village pour mener l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 la diplomation (pour reprendre le proverbe africain : \u00ab il faut tout un village pour \u00e9lever un enfant. \u00bb\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-281f5b5b\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-3a75430e\">\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, j\u2019aper\u00e7ois Jean, le concierge du CEA et du CFP, avec un \u00e9l\u00e8ve en train d\u2019installer une affiche pour leur \u00e9tablissement qui suit le mouvement <a href=\"https:\/\/actes.lacsq.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACTE<\/a> (Actions Collectives en Transition Environnementale et Sociale), anciennement connu sous le nom des \u00c9tablissements Verts Brundtland. C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve qui tient le laser. Jean doit lui r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les proc\u00e9dures, les attentes et doit modeler la t\u00e2che (sans la faire \u00e0 sa place). Il prend le temps. Et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve, \u00e9coute. Ex\u00e9cute. Est fier de lui apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9ussi.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Aux pauses et aux d\u00eeners, le salon du personnel est d\u00e9sert. O\u00f9 est le personnel ? Entrem\u00eal\u00e9s, \u00e9l\u00e8ves et intervenants d\u00e9gustent un repas mis au centre de la table. On me propose un pain dessert keto, une recette pas plate avec plein d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients raffin\u00e9s. Tous les jours, ce sont des adultes diff\u00e9rents qui pr\u00e9parent le repas pour plusieurs personnes. On le d\u00e9pose dans le centre d\u2019une table. On mange dans de vraies assiettes. Personne n\u2019est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 pour les t\u00e2ches : La vaisselle est ensuite lav\u00e9e et rang\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Puis, certains sortent leur tricot, d\u2019autres dessinent. Un \u00e9l\u00e8ve prend l\u2019une des guitares accroch\u00e9es au mur et joue quelques notes de musique. Les instruments ne sont pas sous cl\u00e9: Ils sont accessibles \u00e0 tous. \u00ab Ici, aux \u00celes, tout le monde joue de la guitare! \u00bb, me lance F\u00e9lix, \u00e9l\u00e8ve en charpenterie. La m\u00e9lodie est maintenant reconnue de tous et plusieurs se mettent \u00e0 chanter. M\u00eame si je ne reconnais pas l\u2019hymne, je m\u2019y laisse infuser et je commence \u00e0 battre la mesure.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>L\u2019heure passe rapidement, mais lentement \u00e0 la fois. On a pris le temps de manger, de chanter, de rire. On est pr\u00eats \u00e0 repartir. La cr\u00e9ation de tels lieux, tel ce petit caf\u00e9 \u00e9tudiant, participe au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un environnement sain et bienveillant. Il contribue \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de bien-\u00eatre chez les \u00e9l\u00e8ves comme chez le personnel.
